As a multi-utilities provider, First Utilities goal is to make running your home straight forward. So whether its managing your energy, broadband or home services, First Utilities aim to make it as simple and painless as possible.

The Coventry head office needed refreshing, clear departmental signage and fun bright interior to bring it in line with the new website and newly designed collateral. From the modest business that started in 2008, First Utilities have grown into industry leaders suppling gas and electricity to almost one million homes.

The brief was to plan, produce, and implement an environment to reflect this, and create a bright and premium interior environment.

Deliverables

Optimising clients budget was key, and striving for new and innovation colours, looks and textures were high on the clients list of priorities.

We identified and actioned the following:

  • Established a unique look and feel for the three floors being refitted

  • Project managed fitting order and other contractors on site

  • Delivered premium large format digital graphics on time and on budget

  • Listened to client’s individual requirements for specific areas throughout the building and over delivered on expectations
